My stay at Omni Frisco at The Star was a nice experience overall. The location beside the Dallas Cowboys facility was unbeatable, making it perfect for my event. While the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, I did encounter some hiccups during my visit, especially with the dining options and pool crowd. Nonetheless, I left with fond memories and would certainly consider returning.
My stay at Omni Frisco At The Star had its ups and downs. The welcoming atmosphere and staff attentiveness were notable high points. I particularly loved the amazing views from my room and the cleanliness throughout the hotel. However, the inconvenience with dining options during my stay was disappointing, especially being there on a Wednesday when most restaurants were closed.
I had mixed feelings about my stay at Omni Frisco At The Star. While I was initially impressed by the stylish decor and warm greeting upon arrival, several inconveniences marred the experience. The closed restaurants and lack of room service during my visit significantly limited my dining options. Additionally, navigating the hotel's parking situation was quite confusing, which added to my overall frustration. Unfortunately, I also felt my request for a late checkout was rudely declined, which was disappointing given the otherwise nice atmosphere.
My stay at Omni Frisco at The Star was fantastic. The room was beautifully designed and very comfortable, offering an very nice view of the Cowboys facilities. The staff was exceptionally courteous and attentive, although I did notice that the complimentary water stations were often empty. Overall, I enjoyed my time here, with only minor room for improvement.
My stay at the Omni Frisco was absolutely wonderful! From the really good service provided by the attentive staff to the amazing dining experience at Neighborhood Services, I found every aspect of my visit to be fantastic. The hotel is beautifully designed and clean, which added to the high-quality feel of the stay. The only small downside was that I could have stayed longer (I really didn't want to leave!).
